Terms and Conditions

This document outlines the partnership framework between the Company and participants in the Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you accept these operating rules. Please review all sections before completing your registration.

General Definitions

The Company refers to the entity or group managing this Affiliate Program and holding rights to the Brand.

The Brand represents our company's identity and trade name.

Company Resources encompass all websites and mobile applications operated by the Company for providing betting services.

Company Products are the services offered to users through our platforms.

The Affiliate Program establishes a collaboration model where partners advertise our Products to attract new customers, earning Commission in return.

An Affiliate is a web publisher who meets the participation requirements of the program.

An Affiliate Account is the personal dashboard provided to each participant in the program.

New Users are individuals who had no prior account on our platform, were referred by an Affiliate, and subsequently created an account and made their initial deposit.

A Referral Link is a unique URL to our platform containing the Affiliate's identifier.

Commission is the monetary compensation paid to the Affiliate based on a pre-agreed percentage of revenue generated by referred New Users.

Payout refers to the transfer of Commission from the Affiliate's internal account through external payment systems.

Advertising Materials include text, graphics, audio, video, and other promotional content used to market our Products.

Fraudulent Traffic encompasses any activity designed to generate Commission through illegal methods, including fake installations, click manipulation, stolen payment cards, chargebacks, account fabrication, VPN or proxy usage to conceal location, and other deceptive practices.

General Provisions

1.1. Affiliates must review and accept the program terms before commencing promotional activities.

1.3. Each Affiliate maintains full responsibility for safeguarding their login credentials and personal data. We are not liable for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from the Affiliate's negligence.

1.4. The Company retains the right to decline partnership with any Affiliate without providing justification.

1.5. We reserve the right to modify these terms without prior notice. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Affiliates bear responsibility for checking this page regularly. Continued participation following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

1.6. Multiple registrations are prohibited. Each Affiliate may maintain only one account, including sub-affiliate arrangements.

Advertising Materials Guidelines

2.1. Partnership participation involves publishing Advertising Materials on the Affiliate's platforms.

2.2. All promotional content must comply with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards. Only Company-approved materials may be used.

2.3. Custom advertising materials require prior written approval before publication.

2.4. Affiliates must ensure all published materials remain current. Prohibited content includes: incorrect promotional terms, outdated creatives, old Company logos, Company name alongside competitor links. Posting outdated materials may result in account suspension.

2.5. Affiliates must ensure compliance with the laws of their operating jurisdiction. Regulatory violations require immediate correction within 5 business days. Continued non-compliance may result in withheld payments or account termination.

Affiliate Resources

3.1. Registration requires comprehensive disclosure of all platforms that will be used for program participation.

3.2. Affiliates bear full responsibility for the operation and content of their promotional platforms.

3.3. Affiliates confirm that their activities comply with applicable legislation. Prohibited content includes defamatory, age-restricted, illegal, harmful, threatening, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable material.

3.4. We are not obligated to monitor or approve Affiliate platforms. Non-compliance with this Agreement or applicable law may result in consequences as outlined in the Termination section.

Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use Company trademarks and intellectual property for program purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.

4.2. Any advertising materials created during the partnership become Company property upon creation. Commission payments include compensation for material development and IP transfer.

4.3. Affiliates must not replicate the external appearance of Company platforms or Brands.

4.4. Affiliate platforms must not create false impressions of being officially managed by the Company.

4.5. Company logos and marketing materials require written consent before use, except for standard program materials.

4.6. Affiliates may not register or use domain names, page names, or app names containing our Brand or confusingly similar terms.

4.7. Keyword purchasing or use of search identifiers similar to our Brand is prohibited.

4.8. Creating social media pages or groups that could be mistaken for official Company pages is not permitted. Similarly, creating apps or websites that appear to be official is prohibited.

4.9. Violations may result in revised partnership terms.

Prohibited Activities

5.1. Affiliates must operate in their own name and not represent themselves as Company representatives.

5.2. Promotional activities must not create competition with the Company.

5.3. Advertising may not be distributed through: unsolicited mass emails, Brand-referencing contextual ads, clickunders, or popunders without user consent.

5.4. Offering incentives for user registration or deposits without prior written approval is prohibited.

5.5. Affiliates cannot use their own referral link for personal registrations or collaborate with others for this purpose.

5.6. Cookie stuffing tactics, including invisible iframes or unauthorized cookie scripts, are prohibited.

5.7. Fraudulent Traffic generation is strictly forbidden and will result in account termination.

5.8. Violations may result in revised terms or account closure.

Confidentiality

6.1. Affiliates may receive confidential business information, including Commission details and operational data.

6.2. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent. Use is limited to program purposes only. These obligations survive agreement termination.

6.3. Confidentiality breaches may result in agreement termination and legal action.

Commission Structure

7.1. Commission amounts are variable and depend on revenue generated by referred New Users and traffic quality.

7.2. New affiliates receive 25% of net profit from referred users, unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.

7.3. Failure to refer at least 3 active customers within 3 consecutive months may result in modified terms, reduced commission, account suspension, or agreement termination.

7.4. The Company may conduct up to 90 days of traffic verification. Commission payments are suspended during verification. Fraudulent Traffic discoveries result in voided commissions and potential recovery of previously paid amounts.

Payment Schedule

8.1. Payments process weekly on Tuesdays, covering the previous Monday through Sunday period. Requirements include: agreed payment details with a Manager, minimum $30 commission threshold, and at least 4 referred New Users. Unsettled events are paid upon completion. Failed conditions carry over to the next period.

8.2. Payments may be withheld during technical failures or verification periods.

8.3. Payout currency matches the currency of revenue generated from referred users.

Liability and Compensation

9.1. Affiliates bear full responsibility for their platforms and content. Violations may result in agreement termination without Commission payment.

9.2. Affiliates must compensate the Company for losses including legal costs from third-party claims arising from violations.

9.3. The Company is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or reputation damage. We are not responsible for: third-party claims from Affiliate violations, data loss or transfer, or claims related to Affiliate platform activities.

9.4. No express or implied warranties are provided regarding the program, materials, or platforms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9.5. No guarantees are provided regarding Commission amounts, which depend on user activity and Agreement compliance.

9.6. Maximum liability is limited to Commission paid in the month preceding any claim.

9.7. Only written agreements signed by authorized representatives are valid for deviations from these terms.

Dispute Resolution

10.1. Disputes should be resolved through negotiation. Affiliates may submit written complaints via email with detailed descriptions.

10.2. Complaints may be declined if: the Affiliate cannot provide proof of non-violation, or the complaint contains profanity, violence threats, or false accusations. Such actions constitute Agreement violations.

10.3. Complaints receive consideration within 14 business days.

10.4. Company decisions are final and not subject to appeal.

Agreement Acceptance

Affiliates are considered to have accepted these terms upon registration. All participants should carefully review these terms before completing their registration.
